Hormonal Replacement

For individuals with vaginismus (tightness of the vaginal muscles), vulvodynia (chronic vulvar pain), pelvic floor dysfunction, and vulvar vestibulitis (pain upon entry to the vagina), Vaginal Botox may offer significant relief by ceasing muscle contractions contributing to pain and/or dysfunction. After an in-depth assessment of your symptoms, Drs. Kimble will develop a custom-tailored treatment plan for you. The entire procedure can be quickly performed in the comfort of the Kimble Center for Intimate Cosmetic Surgery and requires no downtime. Most patients experience the benefits of Vaginal Botox within two weeks and can expect to maintain those results for up to a year.

Regain Control Over Your Hormonal Fluctuations And Enhance Your Overall Well-Being!

Our specialized hormonal replacement therapies are designed to address the various challenges that women face during peri-menopause and menopause, including the negative impact on the sexual experience and other bodily functions. Schedule a consultation with Drs. David and Alexis May Kimble to discuss your specific needs and discover how hormonal replacement services can empower you to live your best life.

What is Hormone Replacement Therapy?

HRT involves the use of medication containing female hormones to replace the estrogen that your body naturally decreases during this phase of life.
By replenishing the diminished estrogen levels, hormone therapy is highly effective in alleviating the common symptoms associated with menopause. Hot flashes, which can disrupt your daily activities and affect your comfort, can be significantly reduced with HRT. Additionally, vaginal discomfort, including dryness and pain, can be relieved, enhancing your overall well-being.

Why Do You Need Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?

Are hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, mood swings, and weight gain disrupting your daily life?

Do you find that menopause has affected your libido and caused vaginal dryness, impacting your sexual experience?

Aging, perimenopause, and menopause bring about significant changes in your body as the production of estrogen and progesterone decreases. These hormonal fluctuations can lead to a range of symptoms that can greatly impact your overall well-being.

We understand the challenges you may be facing, and we’re here to help.

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a highly effective treatment that can alleviate the symptoms of menopause by replenishing the hormones your body is lacking.

Our skilled doctors, Drs. David and Alexis May Kimble will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your individual needs, ensuring optimal results and an improved quality of life.

What Hormones Are Used in Hormone Replacement Therapy?

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) utilizes various hormones to address menopausal symptoms and restore hormonal balance. The primary hormone used in HRT for women is estrogen. However, the specific type and method of administration will be determined through consultation with our experts.

We offer multiple forms of hormone administration, including pills, patches, topical skin creams, and vaginal inserts. The pill form is commonly used to alleviate menopause symptoms, while the vaginally inserted options are effective in treating vaginal dryness, itchiness, and pain during intercourse.

Combination therapy is another approach that involves the use of different hormones in varying doses. Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone are utilized in different combinations depending on the specific product and its intended purpose. For instance, progesterone can be particularly helpful in addressing hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms.

At The Kimble Center, we prioritize personalized care, and our experts will work closely with you to determine the most suitable type of HRT treatment based on your individual needs and preferences. Our goal is to provide you with the most effective hormone therapy to alleviate symptoms, restore your well-being, and improve your quality of life.
